If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then please email us to let us know of your intent to return the unworn products, please do this within 14 days from receiving your items for a refund or an exchange. Please note that personalised items can not be returned unless faulty.

We recommend that you get a receipt for your postage. We will only refund items that are returned in an unused condition and items that are returned within 14 days from receiving your order. Between 14-30 days we can only offer an exchange to the value of your product. We hope you don't have any troubles after this time, however if you do all refund requests will be considered on an individual basis so please contact us and we will try to help as much as possible.
