At Storeys and Tails, we believe in crafting products that stand the test of time. However, life is unpredictable. Dogs may chew through things, curious toddlers might decide to create art on Fido's collar with a biro (yes, we've seen that happen!), and puppies grow faster than we can imagine. As a result, collars can sometimes outlive their original purpose or face natural wear and tear.

We couldn't stand to see these collars go to waste when their solid brass hardware can be repurposed, giving those precious materials a new life instead of ending up in landfills. That's why we've introduced our Recycle and Reuse Program!

How It Works:

1. Select Your Option: Choose from the recycling and reusing options below and receive a generous 30% discount on full-price items.
2. Complete the Form: After your purchase, we'll send you a form to let us know what you'll be sending back to us and what specific changes you'd like.
3. Send Your Goods: Return the completed form along with your items to the address provided (please note that postage is not included, and we recommend getting proof of postage).
4. Review and Repurpose: Once we receive your items, we'll review and repurpose the hardware according to your instructions. While we'll do our best to polish and oil the hardware, please understand that it may not return to its original condition.
5. Receive Your Order: We'll send your repurposed items back to you or arrange for local order collections, depending on your location.

This service is also available for local customers who prefer collection and drop-off options.
